This looks absolutely fantastic! What is the dish? I love the delicate sauce scribbles on the side (if you tell me it was an accident I'm gonna die) and the courgette (cucumber?) topping on that burger looking thingy. My admiration to chef. I am off to salivate quietly in the kitchen.
